The ballistic panels are made with Ultra High Density Polyethylene fibers unidirectionally laminated, with an encapsulated anti-trauma system that reduces stiffness of the ballistic panel and reduces the trauma caused by impact of the projectiles. Panels cover chest, sides, back and they are removable for cleaning.

External cover: Made of high-resistance nylon (100% Polyamide), with water-repellent and anti-tear treatment, that allows it to be used in heavy-duty operations, it also has protection against some organic acids. The thread with which the seams are made is bonded with nylon of caliber #30 for overlock machine applications.
The internal part of the vest has a 2mm spacer mesh, which allows the passage of air that circulates through convection keeping the user cool and providing the best comfort. On the front and back there are 10 “x 12” ballistic plate-holder bags, hidden with an external wallet, which are covered with velcro to place patches with signs or legends according to the needs of the corporation. All seams are reinforced by clips at their joints. The case has a molle system on the front, back and sides so that the user can add the accessories that they wish.
The adjustment points consist of two shoulders extensions of the same fabric with double velcro closure. On the sides there are 2 extensions of the same fabric which are adjusted by velcro.
